$DARK Token Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Participants must hold a minimum of $20 USD equivalent in $DARK tokens in a self-custodied wallet at the time of the winner selection.
Entry
All eligible holders are automatically entered into the giveaway. No purchase beyond holding the required amount is needed to participate.
Prize
Three winners will each receive a share of the creator fees collected during the giveaway period. The value of the prize will depend on the total creator fees generated.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on October 27 and ends at 23:59 CET on October 30. Winners will be selected on Thursday October 30.
Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random from the list of eligible wallets. Selection is final and not subject to appeal.
The draw will be recorded or perhaps even streamed live.
Distribution of Rewards
Rewards will be sent directly to the winning wallets within 7 days of the draw. Winners are responsible for ensuring their wallet can receive tokens on the supported network and for any associated transaction fees.
Verification
$DARK reserves the right to verify holdings and eligibility. Any attempt to manipulate entries may result in disqualification.
Amendments
The organizers may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
